02 / a day at home
You arrive
The door unlocks for you, not for strangers. The hallway hears you come in and lifts the lights to evening warmth. No switch hunted, no app opened.
The evening settles
One word, and the living room dims to movie night. Curtains close, air-con eases off in empty rooms, the house follows the film with you.
The house goes to sleep
A single tap by the bed. Downstairs switches off, doors confirm they are locked, a dim path light waits in case someone wakes thirsty.
And the switch still works
All of it runs inside your walls, behind an ordinary switch. Guests press it like in any house, and if the internet dies overnight, the morning still works.
03 / renovation stage
The cheapest time to get it right is before the plaster. Neutral wires, conduits and cabling cost almost nothing during renovation. Done after, they mean hacking finished walls.
Licensing
All 240V fixed wiring in Malaysia must be carried out by a Suruhanjaya Tenaga licensed wireman. We design and coordinate; our partner electricians do every wiring job. Where possible we favour devices that need no rewiring at all.

Implementation
We set up the controller, join every device to your network, and program the scenes: morning, away, movie night, air-con that knows when the room is empty.
04Aftercare
Aftercare
Updates, new devices, new automations as your family changes. Your system keeps working offline either way; aftercare keeps it improving.

05 / the process
Discovery call
A short call about the unit, your floor plan, your wishlist and your budget. No charge, and no obligation to continue.
On-site consultation and blueprint
We walk the unit and produce the drawing set: lighting design, switch positions, neutral wires, conduit runs and structured cabling.
Renovation-stage coordination
We brief your contractor, interior designer and wireman, answer their questions, and check the work on site before plastering.
Procurement, guided
You buy the hardware against a specified list, at whatever price you can find. We hold no stock and take no margin.
Integration, handover and aftercare
Hub, devices, scenes and dashboards, then a walkthrough with the household and written notes for whoever comes after us.
